Korean word meaning to cover or decorate certain surface

Just like changing covers for old sofas, I wanted to give ¡®new life¡¯ to second-hand, old furniture by giving them new clothes. I thought of the crochet table cloth that gave mothers to spend spare time knitting and decided to make my own crochet cloth--but not in the traditional way but to come up with my own crochet technique. To give a more cozy, soft touch, I decided to use felt and usually felt is used for floor covers or car interiors, and thus I could also give a new boundary of function to felt.

The final pieces are ¡®link-crocheted¡¯ with the same piece of felt unit, shaped like an ice-flake. The ice-flake shape is a well-balanced, symmetrical shape--perfect for me to link the units from every side.
